After the lockdown, our establishment reopened on 21/05/20. 

The opening of the resort next winter is scheduled from 12 December 2020 to 18 April 2021.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

Our establishment concerning Covid-19 cancellations refers to the Government Order taken in application of article 11 of the emergency law n°2020-290 of 23 March 2020 to deal with the covid-19 epidemic.

The government has formalised the principle of "L'A-Valoir" on current reservations. In order to preserve the cash flow of tourism operators, these reservations are therefore not automatically refundable for "cases of force majeure" but can be postponed - by the principle of "L'A-valoir" within 18 months. After this period, only if the customer has not used the service, he can request a refund.

For holidaymakers who were unable to make their stay due to a travel ban, please contact us to book at a later date.

Our establishment accommodates a maximum of 15 people (on average 10) in 4 rooms.

Social distancing is maintained between families at breakfast and dinner => 1 table per room. They are at least 1m apart from each other.

As far as the rooms and bathrooms are concerned, all precautions are taken against COVID-19. All sanitary and disinfection measures are carried out, in particular, according to the formalism recommended by the Ministry of Labour for the hotel trade.

Curtains, armchairs and cushions are steam-cleaned.I will welcome you with the wearing of a mask.

Hydroalcoholic gel is made available as soon as you enter the gite.

Common or shared surfaces are cleaned at least twice a day: door handles, switches, etc...

Unfortunately my usual time with you will be greatly reduced during breakfasts, dinners, aperitifs...
